Gigabit (1,000 Mbps) is a unit of measure for the transfer of data to and from the internet. Gigabit speeds combined with our ultra-low latency (delay) results in a super-fast web experience.
Quite simply, you don’t want to wait for your internet connection or be limited in what you can with your connection. With gigabit, all your devices can use the internet at the same time without any noticeable decrease in performance as more devices connect.
There are no data caps. Use as much as you want, we love streaming and hope you do too! Feel free to watch 4k video on every TV at the same time.
A wireless router is required if you would like to connect wirelessly to the internet. You can purchase your own or rent one through Fiberdash for $10 per month. A modem is not required to access the internet in your apartment or condo building. If you would like to connect directly to the data jack in your unit, an ethernet cable is all that is needed.
Of course, you can! We do recommend that you only use modern routers, generally a good router costs at least $175 and includes 802.11AC wave 2 dual band Wi-Fi.
There are no taxes or fees on internet in Washington state, so we don’t charge any. The only thing that is taxed are the phone services as these are required by state and local government and pay for 911, etc. Please see a sample bill here.
There are no fees to install internet or phone services in your apartment or condo unit.
We charge automatically using the credit card you have on file on the 1st of the month for each month of service. If your install occurs after the 1st of the month, your first month will be prorated.
We accept major credit cards for both monthly or prepayment discount options.
We don’t send paper bills as you are able to view, download and print your current and previous statements through the online portal. If you need a bill, you can request one to be mailed for $5 per bill by emailing email@example.com.
We offer annual pre-pay options that include 1 month free of internet service. The free month is not pro-rated and would be the last month of your 12-month internet service plan.
We recommend using https://www.speedtest.net/. Your internet speed will be the fastest plugged directly into the data jack.
You can stream TV through several options including: Hulu, YouTube TV, Sling TV, DirectTV and others.
